By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Flat Six Registry provides an online marketplace where users may advertise Porsche vehicles and related Porsche automotive items.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Flat Six Registry is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.

You agree to:

• maintain the security of your password
• keep your information updated
• notify us of unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings.

Listings must:

• accurately describe the vehicle
• include truthful mileage
• disclose known major accidents
• disclose rebuilt or salvage titles
• disclose significant modifications
• include recent photographs
• comply with all applicable laws

Flat Six Registry may remove listings without notice.

The following are prohibited:

• stolen vehicles
• cloned VINs
• fraudulent listings
• duplicate listings
• misleading pricing
• fake photos
• illegal products
• counterfeit Porsche parts
• listings violating intellectual property rights

Flat Six Registry may charge listing fees, premium listing fees, subscriptions, or transaction fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Buyers and sellers are responsible for:

• inspections
• financing
• taxes
• title transfer
• registration
• insurance
• shipping
• export/import requirements

Flat Six Registry does not guarantee the completion of any transaction.

Users may not:

• impersonate others
• harass users
• upload malware
• scrape listings
• automate access without permission
• interfere with platform operations
• attempt unauthorized access

The Flat Six Registry name, logo, software, design, and content are owned by Flat Six Registry.

Users retain ownership of photographs and listing content they upload while granting Flat Six Registry a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote that content in connection with the service.

Flat Six Registry does not verify:

• vehicle condition
• ownership
• mileage
• service history
• authenticity
• pricing
• seller identity

Buyers should independently verify all information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flat Six Registry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify Flat Six Registry against claims arising from:

• your listings
• your purchases
• your sales
• your misuse of the platform
• your violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flat Six Registry is incorporated, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
